The Force

The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant next to the power of the Force. -Darth Vader

Lego Star Wars

Lego + Star Wars + stop motion = This clip.

Spartan and Stormtrooper Date

Proof that everyone has a soul-mate. Although I disapprove of the use of the FX Helmet, it’s a nice little heartwarming tale about love. That is, until Lord Vader finds out. I’ll assume the story will read like Romeo & Juliet, IN SPACE! Epic starship battles, and laser beams, and space explosions will all culminate in an all too familiar ending. I assume it won’t be poison that does each of our star-crossed lovers in, but high explosives, in the form of Thermal Detonators and Sticky Grenades. [via Kotaku]

Star Wars Propaganda

I love the look of propaganda posters. I have a whole stash of them sitting on my computer, but this is awesome. These kind of remind me of the Team Fortress 2 propaganda posters that everyone made a while back, well except for being about star wars. I’d really like to see some Rebel Scum propaganda posters as well. Leia as Rosie the riveter anyone? Hit the jump for a couple more. [Cliff Chiang] More >

Urban Star Wars

Thanks to Cristina for tipping me off on these pics. These are a great interpretation of what it would have looked like if Star Wars would have happened not so long ago in a place not so far away. Be sure to check out Cédric Delsaux’s website for the full res versions of these pics. Gallery after the jump. More >

My hasbro E-11 mod worklog.

Finished product.

This is kind of old, as I completed this last year, but I figured it’d be nice to post it here in blog format. It’s quite pic intensive, but it’s pretty detailed as to what went into creating this blaster. Hit the jump for more.
